At VoltoVerse, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. That's why we have a comprehensive return policy in place to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when it comes to returning your purchases.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. This means that you have 30 days to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that all tags are still attached to the item.

Exceptions to Returns

There are a few exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept returns for custom-made products, as these are specially created according to your specifications. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at voltoverse@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA).

Returning a Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 20 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To return a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to request a return authorization number (RA).
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, or in similar packaging that will protect it from damage during shipping.
  3. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. You will be notified once the refund has been approved and the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions for returns mentioned above apply in this case.
